How much is shipping?

Shipping in the USA is free on all orders over $20. International orders are shipped via DHL for $15, customer will pay for any and all fees for their country, if necessary.

180+. We ship all international orders, over $20USD, via DHL, for $15. Customs/duties are to be paid by customer, if necessary.

 

How soon do you ship after I place my order

Within 1 business day for in-stock products. We ship Monday - Thursday and are closed during Federal holidays.

 

What are your delivery times?

 

Generally 2-4 working days in the USA, 7-14 for everywhere else.

When will I receive my product if it's on backorder?

 

We are typically out-of-stock on popular items due to high demand. It may take between weeks to months for a product on backorder to be manufactured and shipped to you. You will receive an e-mail notification to confirm your order then another one upon shipment with the tracking.
